This may seem to be like a dumb Question these days since the Pandemic Outbreak in 2020 and High Risk of Covid Vaccines rollout in 2021. Has it ever occurred to you that Every MD/GP and Chemist/Pharmacy is an AGENT for CORRUPT Big Pharma? Having been brought up with the tradition of having “A Family MD/GP” I think we forget that or have never thought about it (has never entered our minds) until the Pandemic, when it became all too obvious to so many of us!

A Question For You
The Shocking Rise of MD/GP Burnout and Depression.
Doctors are more prone to Mental Health Problems than Any Other Profession,
and it’s become a Global Epidemic.
In Australia, a special report by Insight in 2017 investigated that among doctors,
Suicide Rates are VERY HIGH and Mental Illness is Common.
That was Before the Pandemic.

Why Is That?

Friend’s, there’s one very good reason for that: to work for Big Pharma (which they do) they have to work against their Conscience – handing out heaps of Scripts for Toxic Meds which Hinder Our Health really because they are foreign to Our Body; they have Heaps of Uncomfortable Side Effects; many CAUSE Medical Induced Disorders which are “Swept under the Carpet” and some of the Meds they prescribe are potentially Fatal but they “Prescribe” them anyway.…

I’m not sure why more psychiatrists don’t first test for nutritional deficiencies before dispensing Zoloft or Prozac, and especially antipsychotics like Seroquel and Zyprexa. The good ones will send you to get lab work done before upping your meds or adjusting anything. Sometimes we do need antidepressants. But other times we need spinach — think of Popeye.

In addition to seeing a psychiatrist, I now work with an integrative health physician who tests my nutrition levels every year. If you haven’t ever tested your nutrition levels, you might inquire with either your psychiatrist or primary-care physician. The supplements can be expensive, but you can make it back two- or threefold by not having to see your psychiatrist as often. You should talk to your practitioner before taking any supplements, especially if you're on prescription drugs.

1. Omega-3 Fatty Acids

I was surprised when my results showed an omega-3 fatty acid deficiency because I eat plenty of salmon and take fish oil supplements every day. That shows you just how much fish — salmon, tuna, halibut — or flaxseeds and walnuts we need to consume to be at an optimal level.…

New research from the University of Birmingham indicates that regularly eating foods high in flavanols, such as tea, berries, apples, and cocoa, may help support vascular health in men during extended periods of sitting.

Sitting for long stretches is a common part of modern life. Young adults are estimated to spend around six hours per day seated, and this amount of inactivity has been shown to reduce how well blood vessels function.

Earlier work has demonstrated that even a small 1% drop in vascular function, measured by brachial Flow-mediated dilatation (FMD), is linked to a 13% increase in the risk of cardiovascular disease. Conditions such as heart disease, strokes, and heart attacks all fall within this category.

Researchers in the new study wanted to determine whether dietary choices, particularly foods naturally rich in flavanols, could help protect the vascular system from the effects of sitting without breaks.

Understanding Flavanols and Their Potential Health Benefits

Flavanols are a group of polyphenol compounds found in several plant-based foods, including fruits, tea, nuts, and cocoa beans. Previous studies have shown that these compounds can benefit cardiovascular health, including helping protect blood vessels during times of mental stress.…

New research suggests that regular Aerobic Exercise doesn’t just benefit the Heart Muscle, but subtly Rewires the Nerves that control how the Heart Works.

Regular Physical Activity does more than Improve Heart Strength. New Research shows that it also alters the network of nerves that regulate how the heart functions, a finding that could lead to more precise and effective treatments for common heart conditions.

The study, led by researchers at the University of Bristol (UK), provides the first evidence that moderate aerobic exercise changes the nerves that control the heart in different ways on the left and right sides. The findings were recently published in the journal Autonomic Neuroscience.

By revealing these clear differences between the two sides of the heart’s nerve control system, the research may eventually help improve treatment for conditions such as irregular heart rhythms, chest pain, angina pain, and ‘broken-heart’ syndrome.

A hidden left–right divide emerges

Study lead author Dr. Augusto Coppi, Senior Lecturer in Veterinary Anatomy at the University of Bristol, said: “The discovery points to a previously hidden left–right pattern in the body’s ‘autopilot’ system that helps run the heart.…

This is disturbing I know, it’s mostly about Making you sick in the name of “Health”

Friends, what’s wrong with taking responsibility for our Own Health?
Absolutely Nothing. And that’s what we Should do!

As Believers in Jesus, we should not be Trusting in LIES and sometimes we need to know what those Lies are to Avoid them. It is part of my Spiritual and Natural Calling to Expose Lies and certain things that are Kept Hidden from many of us. Also Spiritually, to Direct us to JESUS Always, and Naturally, to Direct us to NATURAL HEALTH and NATURE we have been Separated from in Modern Living. Be it known that they are the Most Destructive Force in the World used by the Enemy of Mankind, affecting the Lives (Health and Welfare) of So Many Men and Women and Children on a daily basis, who have been made VERY ILL by taking certain MEDs that were Prescribed on Medical Advice...…

Did your doctor just put you on Statins? Maybe he put you on them 20 years ago,
but don’t worry, they “put you on the lowest dose”.

This is a story that we hear over and over from our patients.
Lets talk about what statins do, and what you should be concerned about.

What is a Statin?

Statins are a type of Medication used to Lower Cholesterol Levels. They are one of the most widely prescribed medications in the world, and they are generally "considered to be safe and effective." However, there is growing evidence that Statins may have some Harmful Side Effects, including brain damage.

Did You Say Brain Damage?

You bet. Multiple Studies have come out pointing to Statins Decreasing the
amount of Blood to the Brain and even a Decrease in Size of the Brain.
Lets talk about the Real Research!

  • One study, published in the journal Neurology, found that people who took Statins for more than five years were more likely to experience Brain Atrophy, or shrinkage. The study also found that Statins were associated with a higher risk of Dementia and Alzheimer's disease.

Gluten is associated with many different symptoms. Most often, we hear about the gastrointestinal discomfort that gluten can cause. High cholesterol levels in your blood may increase your risk for heart disease and other health issues. Many fruits contain soluble fiber, antioxidants, and other nutrients that may help lower cholesterol.

1. Apples

Apples are a good source of fiber and polyphenols, two nutrients found to lower cholesterol in various studies.

In one study, adults with moderately high cholesterol ate two whole apples daily for 12 weeks. They experienced lower cholesterol levels and improved low-density lipoprotein (LDL, or "bad") cholesterol, total cholesterol, and triglycerides.

2. Stone Fruits

Stone fruits (apricots, peaches, plums, etc.) contain large, hard seeds in their middle.

Stone fruits contain antioxidants such as anthocyanins, flavonoids, and carotenoids, all linked to heart-protective effects. 2

Soluble fiber is also present in stone fruits and has lowered LDL cholesterol in various studies. 3

A Good Healthy Way To Reduce Cholesterol Naturally!

3. Mangoes

Mangoes are a rich source of fiber, vitamins, and minerals that are thought to help reduce cholesterol and protect the heart.

Regular mango consumption has been associated with a lower overall intake of dietary cholesterol (cholesterol from foods).

According to one review, eating mangoes may help lower the overall risk of heart disease and other chronic conditions.…
